Do I need a finished logo file to order?

Accepted Answer

No. A clean file makes it faster, but plenty of jobs start with a phone photo, an old shirt, or a sketch on a napkin. We work out the artwork with you at the counter.

What is the smallest order you take?

One. A single hat, one jersey, one patch. Embroidery has a setup step whatever the quantity, so a one-off costs more per piece than a dozen, and we will tell you that up front.

Question 3

Can I bring my own garment?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and people do it all the time. Bring the hat, jacket or jersey you already own and we will stitch or press onto it. We will also flag it if a fabric is risky before we touch it.

How fast can you turn something around?

Accepted Answer

It depends what is already on the bench. Some jobs have gone out the same day. Call in the morning with your deadline and you will get a straight answer, not a maybe.

Do you match thread colors to an existing uniform?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Bring in the piece you want matched and we will pull thread against it in person rather than guessing from a screen.

Embroidery or printing, which one do I want?

Accepted Answer

Embroidery for hats, polos, jackets and anything that should look permanent and textured. Printing for photo detail, gradients, big front graphics and larger runs. Not sure? Describe the job on the phone and we will tell you which bench it belongs on.
