SIX BENCHES,
ONE COUNTER.
Everything below happens in the same shop on El Cajon Blvd. You talk to the person running the machine, not a rep taking a message.
01 / Embroidery
Embroidery
Embroidery is the bench most of this shop was built around. Your artwork gets digitized into a stitch file first, then test sewn, then run. Thread colors get matched to what you already wear, not to whatever is closest on the rack. Caps, beanies, polos, work jackets, duffels and aprons all run here, and the setup stays on file so the second order looks like the first.
Bring with you: A logo file if you have one, or a hat or shirt with the old design on it.

02 / DTF prints & jerseys
DTF prints & jerseys
Direct to film printing handles the artwork embroidery cannot: photo detail, gradients, thin script, tiny type. It presses onto jersey mesh, polyester, cotton and blends without cracking at the shoulder seam. Bring one jersey or bring the whole roster with names and numbers, and tell us the font you want matched.
Bring with you: The garment, the name and number list, and any font you want copied.

03 / Screen printing
Screen printing
Screen printing is the right call once quantity climbs. Fundraisers, church groups, reunions, staff shirts, tournament tees. We talk through ink coverage and shirt color before anything gets burned, because a dark shirt with a heavy print feels different to wear than a light one, and you should know that before the run and not after.
Bring with you: Headcount, size breakdown, shirt color, and the date you need them.

04 / Patches
Patches
Patches let one design travel across a whole wardrobe. Squadron patches, club patches, name tapes, shop patches. Choose merrowed edge for the classic rounded border or laser cut for shapes that are not circles or rectangles, then pick a backing: sew on for anything that gets washed hard, iron on for casual wear, hook and loop for gear that swaps.
Bring with you: The shape, the finished size in inches, and the quantity.

06 / Business printing
Business printing
The small print jobs that keep a business running: cards, flyers, menus, price sheets, decals and window lettering. It is walk in work, priced at the counter, and it is a short drive off the 15 or the 805 if you are already out running the day.
Bring with you: Your file, or the old printed piece you want matched.

IF IT HOLDS STILL LONG ENOUGH, WE CAN PROBABLY PUT YOUR NAME ON IT.
